Machine Technical Description -
Construction: the machine body is entirely build in aisi 304.
Water circuit: two independent AISI 304 pumps intake water solution from the tanks and feeds spray pipe and nozzles.
Static filter : the water solution flow back to the tank after been filter by two gravity filters of 1000 micron.
Electrical heater: a stainless steel heater in AISI 304 heat up the water in the tank , A digital thermostat controls the water temperature constantly till the preset value ( range 60-140°F),
Basket rotation : by water pressure.
Water level shut off : the unit is equipped with a floater to stop the machine in the case of low water level. Restore water is manual .
Manual lid : the machine lid is a manual type supported by two gas struts the help the final opening
Electro mechanic electrical box : IP 55, painted RAL 7032
